They produce wine in amphorae using an ancient technique dating back over 2,000 years, originally used by the Picenes. The tavern’s dishes incorporate grapes, reductions, and grape jellies that they grow, prepared with ingredients reflecting the cycle of nature. This culinary research merges tradition, authenticity, and seasonality.
